This is an awesome recipe! It was the first time I have made Chinese. Chris really likes Black Pepper Chicken, but our local takeout place doesn’t have it.
I made a few changes to the original recipe. I stir-fried the chicken with EVOO instead of deep frying it in peanut oil. I also used thinly cut chicken breasts.
