Eat More Color


After watching “I eat 33,000 calories a day” on TLC, I was rather disgusted. Yes, food can be an addiction. However, this was disgusting.

Anyway, one of the nutritionists brought up an important point. They laid out all the that was consumed by each obese person and all of the food was beige or white (bread, fried foods, chips, etc.).

I think I do pretty well eating veggies, but my resolution is to add more fruit this year. I just bought a box of clementines.
