Very good!


This is great! I’m not a huge fan of tuna, mostly because there is mayo involved in tuna salad. Until I read in RR’s issue this month that she uses lemon juice and EVOO in place of mayo. So I found this recipe. Enjoy!

    That looks good. I think I read in her last issue of the magazine that she also hate mayo! When I started to think about it – she does not use mayo much. Ill have to try this sometime.
