Here are a few of my favorite foods.
WW English Toffee Ice Cream Bars (2 pts.)
Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar cheese (2 pts. for 1 serving)
Pop Secret 100 calorie mini-bag (2 pts.)
Yoplait Lite Yogurt (2 pts.)
Hormel Turkey Pepperoni (17 slices for 2 pts.)
Quaker Rice Cakes (caramel corn flavor) ( 1 pt. per cake)
100 calorie packs, any flavor (2 pts.)
Quaker Oatmeal Squares (4 pts. per square)
Weight Watchers Giant Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Bar (2 pts.) *These remind me of an Oreo Mcflurry in taste but of course are A LOT better for you!
English muffin, any type (2 pts.) Sometimes I will eat these for breakfast and fix them a few different ways. One way is frying one egg with Pam and adding 1 tbsp. of reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese and making my own “McMuffin” this is 4.5 pts. Another way is spredding a very thin layer of reduced calorie margarine on after toasting the english muffin, then pile cheese on top (1/4 cup), then microwave this for about 20 seconds or until cheese is melted. This is 4 pts.
Peanut Butter, 1 tbsp. (2 pts.) I usually buy either Peter Pan or Jif, creamy. I buy the real stuff, not reduced fat.
Pretzels, 1 serving size. (usually 2 pts.)
Dannon fruit and cream parfaits (2 pts.) I bought the pineapple and cream recently, sort of tastes like a pina colada.
Campbell’s Select Soups. My favorites are Italian Pepperoni and Sausage (3 pts. per serving), Italian Wedding (2 pts. per serving), and Mexican tortilla soup (2 pts. per serving). A serving is one cup or half the can.
