Eating out can be a challenge. When I first started WW, eating out was a little scary. But now it is simple. I know what foods are better choices and what to stay away from.
Here is a list of some foods I order.

Wendys

small chili (4 pts.)

grilled chicken sandwich (7 pts.)

spicy chicken sandwich, no mayo (10 pts.)

side salad, no dressing (0 pts.)

jr. cheese deluxe (8 pts.)

5 piece nugget (5 pts.), no sauce

Subway

6 inch turkey and veggies with pepper jack cheese (6 pts.)

deli turkey sandwich with veggies and cheese (5 pts.)

For dressing, I usually get a small amount of oil and vinegar

Taco Bell

Soft shell beef taco (5 pts.)

Soft shell chicken taco (4 pts.)

Pintos and cheese (3 pts.)

McDonalds

cheeseburger (7 pts.)

apple slices with caramel sauce (2 pts.)

small vanilla cone (3 pts.)

Chinese Take-Out

small order of chicken and broccoli with steamed white rice (6 pts.)

pork egg roll (5 pts.)
